All eBooks and some of the videos are available as an immediate download. These sales are handled by a 3rd party website called Payloadz.com. After you have successfully completed your purchase PayLoadz sends customers an email containing the link to download the digital products they just purchased. By clicking on the link in the email you are then able to save a copy to your computer. Please note that links in the email from Payloadz will expire so make sure you download your eBooks or video as soon as you recieve their email. eBooks are in PDF file format which can be read by all computers and most smartphones & tablet devices. Below are instructions walking you through the process from buying and downloading the PDF files. Also some special instructions for Apple Device users. Buying and downloading your eBook could not be easier. Just select the eBook you want to buy and click Buy Digital Download. You will then be taken to the secure payment screen. If you have a Paypal account then you can sign in here (A) and complete your secure payment. Or, if you don't have an account, then you can purchase securely using your credit / debit card by clicking "Pay by a Debit or Credit card" link (B). When you have made the payment, you will immediately be sent your purchase confirmation email and also a separate email with your link to download your eBook. When you open the email just click the download link (see arrow above) and you will be taken to the download page on Payloadz, where you can download the PDF file to your computer/device. Clicking on the Download icon (A) or the file name will automatically begin to download the eBook file to your computers default download location. If you wish to download the file to another location on your computer then right click on the download icon (B) and select "Save link as.." (or whatever similar wording your system uses) to specify a new download location. To open your eBook, navigate to your downloaded file and just double click it to open. In the unlikely event that you are using a very old system that doesn't come with PDF support pre-installed then you can download and install a PDF reader from Adobe. Android devices: On clicking download the file is saved to your devices default download location. Apple Devices: The PDF will open on your device. To actually save the file you need to click "Open in iBooks" - this will download and store to you iTunes library.

The videos are in mp4 format so are compatible with most devices however the video files are very large so it's most likely your device may not have enough storage space to download them. Apple do not allow direct downloads of video files.

All DVD discs , eBook Discs and Reference photo CD’s are shipped via Royal mail, they aim to deliver orders in the UK in no more than 5 days. Orders outside the UK are shipped via Royal mail Airmail and can take up to 21 days to reach their destination. (normally international delivery is within 14 days).
